Author: Date:2022-03-04 Hots:

On the morning of March 2, FPNU officially started the Indonesian course. This semester, 170 students from the School of Foreign Languages took the course, and nearly 30 teachers from the School of Foreign Languages and the School of Food and Bioengineering attended the course for future development.

In the class, Meilinda, the Indonesian teacher, was telling teachers and students about Indonesian traditions and culture. With rich experience in Indonesian language teaching, she said that she was looking forward to sharing Indonesian culture with the teachers and students, and constantly stimulating their interest in learning Indonesian. According to the teaching plan, the expected goal of the first semester is to learn expressions for daily conversations, and that of the second semester will focus on basic oral and writing skills.

For more than a year, FPNU has been closely connected with the “Two Countries, Twin Parks” project in China and Indonesia based on its geographical advantages, and has signed cooperation agreements with universities and organizations from Indonesia. Several Indonesian professionals in food science and language education have reached a consensus with FPNU over their employment. Perkumpulan Fujian Indonesia and Guoji Ribao Indonesia Press Group also provided support to FPNU. A cooperation framework between FPNU and Indonesia has been initially set up, and talents for Sino-Indonesia cooperation have been continuously gathering.

FPNU will continue to deepen its cooperation with Indonesia, explore the innovative talent training mode of “Indonesian plus vocational skills”, and play an active role in the overall strategic partnership between China and Indonesia.
