From August 19th to 22nd, the national final of the 7th “AWCloud Cup” Integrated Circuit Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for College Students was held in Chongqing University of Science and Technology. On behalf of FPNU, two student teams from School of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering won the first prize and the third prize respectively.
Winning the prizes in the South China Division, the two teams advanced to the national competition. With excellent performance in the sessions involving field operation tests, physical display and Q&A, they finally stood out at the national competition site.
Hosted by the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, this competition has been ranked in the list of national college students competitions for many years. As the biggest and highest-grade national competition for college students in the field of integrated circuit, it attracted more than 5,000 teams from over 380 universities and colleges. After the fierce competition, 69 teams were awarded the first prize in the national final, 132 teams the second prize and 263 teams the third prize.
