On December 14^th, “Eulogize the New Era, Praise FPNU” 2022 Singing Competition for Faculty and Staff (final) was held by FPNU Labor Union and FPNU Female Workers Committee. Deputy Secretary of FPNU Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union Lin Haifeng was present and awarded prizes to the winners. FPNU Labor Union and FPNU Female Workers Committee members and teacher representatives watched the competition on site.

      The competition was climactic with a variety of songs as its entries, such as classics and new era ballads. The 15 groups of contestants, who had stood out from the preliminary competition, sang with full enthusiasm and sincere emotion, demonstrating the vitality and demeanor of FPNU faculty and staff.

       After a fierce competition, Fang Meng and Chen Zhaosheng from the Fourth and Fifth Divisions of the Labor Union won the first prize; Chen Feimin from the School of Education and Xue Fang from the First Division of the Union won the second prize; Pan Yang from the School of Physical Education, Wang Wenzheng from the Second Division, and Lin Song from the School of Culture, Media and Law won the third prize. Ten out of the 15 groups won the title of “Top Ten Singers” of FPNU, including the first, second, and third prize winners and Chen Kongping from the School of Foreign Languages, Wu Yingting from the School of Economics and Management, Su Fang from the School of Materials and Environmental Engineering, and Qiu Haiqiao from the School of Culture, Media and Law. Moreover, seven teachers were awarded “Excellent Singers”, including Lin Chensi from the Fifth Division, Lin Nanqian from the School of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering, Ni Chaofan from the School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, Liao Yongqian from the School of Foreign Languages, and Cheng Meihao, Jiang Xueyun and Wang Yanhui from the Sixth Division.

      The Singing Competition is one of the important activities that the Labor Union held to celebrate the 45^th anniversary of FPNU, which further inspired the faculty and staff to love the Party, the country, the school and their jobs so as to build a harmonious campus.
