On the morning of September 28, the academic forum of"Industry-Teaching Integration and Innovation Development" of Fujian Vocational Education Teacher Development Alliance and the  inauguration ceremony of Longyan Overseas Chinese Vocational School of Fujian Affiliated to FPNU were held at Longyan Overseas Chinese Vocational School of Fujian . The principal and relevant officials of FPNU attended the signing and inauguration ceremony, jointly inaugurating the affiliated school. The meeting was conducted both online and offline.

Liao Shenhong, vice mayor, expressed warm congratulations on the unveiling of Longyan Overseas Chinese Vocational School of Fujian Affiliated to FPNU. He pointed out that the municipal party committee and the municipal government of Longyan have always put education in the strategic position of priority development and considered education as the biggest livelihood project and the most fundamental foundation to grasp. The cooperation between the two schools would further accelerate the high-quality development of vocational education in Longyan and cultivate more high-quality professionals, which would promote the high-quality development of the social economy in Longyan.

President Liao Shenji briefly introduced the basic situation and orientation of the school in his speech. He pointed out that Longyan Overseas Chinese Vocational School of Fujian is a famous vocational school with strong educational strengths and high-quality. We incorporated Longyan Overseas Chinese Vocational School into affiliated school, and signed cooperation agreement about “industry-education integration” with leading enterprises, which were a vivid practice and an important measure to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and requirements on the work of old Soviet area and the important speech in his visit to Fujian, to further promote the reform of vocational education and educational mode, and to make every effort to support the high-quality revitalization development of the old Soviet area. He hoped that together with FPNU, Longyan Overseas Chinese Vocational School would make new contributions to promoting the reform and development of vocational education in Fujian Province, and show new achievements in comprehensively promoting the construction of high-quality development demonstration area of the old revolutionary base area in western Fujian.

Secretary Ma Jin introduced the operation of Longyan Overseas Chinese Vocational School of Fujian. He said that becoming an affiliated school of FPNU was a new milestone in the development history of the school. The comprehensive advantages of FPNU in term of discipline basis, faculty, educational philosophy, educational resources and other aspects would help the affiliated school to see further, move more steadily and run faster. The affiliated school would continue to improve the comprehensive strength of the school and cultivate more technical professionals for the high-quality development of the social economy of the city and district.

Vice President Shang Guangmei and President Lai Yonggui signed the cooperation agreement respectively on behalf of the two sides.

President Liao Shenji, Vice Mayor Liao Shenhong, Vice Principal Shang Guangmei, Deputy District Chief Lin Feng, Director Chen Jintang, Secretary Ma Jin and other officials jointly unveiled the plaque of the affiliated school.

President Liao Shenji presented the appointment letter of visiting professor to Secretary Ma Jin and President Lai Yonggui.

On behalf of Fujian Vocational Education Teacher Training Center, Vice President Shang Guangmei signed the agreement of industry-education integration training base with Beijing Huijing Auto Trade Group Co.,LTD and Longyan Branch of Great Wall Motor Co., LTD.

In the afternoon of the same day, the inauguration ceremony of Fujian Shanghang Vocational Secondary School was successfully held. At the signing and inauguration ceremony, Principal Zhang Xianlin delivered a welcome speech. He introduced the characteristics and achievements of the school to the guests. He said that  the school will cherish the opportunity and attach great importance to strengthening the communication with FPNU, looking for cooperation projects, innovating cooperation methods and forming a cooperation mechanism so that the cooperation between the two sides could be implemented as soon as possible to continuously promote the vigorous development of cooperation between the two schools.

According to Vice President Shang Guangmei, as the only provincial undergraduate college in Fujian Province, FPNU aimed to foster teachers for vocational education. In the future, our school would give full play to the regional influence of the base school and the leading role of discipline demonstration to promote the cooperation between the two schools.

Qiu Luyan, a member of the Standing Committee, said that the inauguration ceremony was a great hand-holding and wonderful cooperation from the bank of Minjiang River to the bank of Tingjiang River. FPUN set up the "secondary vocational base school" in Shanghang Vocational Secondary School, which was a good start to promote the high-quality development of Shanghang vocational education, and would provide a strong impetus for the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society in Shanghang.

Vice President Shang Guangmei and President Zhang Xianlin signed the cooperation and construction agreement respectively on behalf of the two sides.

Participating officials jointly unveiled the plaque of Fujian Shanghang Vocational Secondary School, a secondary vocational base school.

After the opening ceremony, both sides held a symposium on the internal construction of the secondary vocational base school.
