On the afternoon of January 4, the signing ceremony of the framework agreement for Industry-University-Research(IUR) cooperation jointly organized by FPNU and Huafu Securities Co., Ltd was held in the library lecture hall of Wumashan Campus. Attendees included member of the Party Group of Fuzhou Municipal People's Government, Deputy Mayor Lin Changyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chief Executive of Huafu Securities Huang Deliang, Chairman of Huafu Securities Labour Union, Secretary General of Xingyin Philanthropic Foundation Zhou Ji, Vice President of China Society of Industial Cooperative Economics Li Yueping, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinohydro Bureau 16 Co., Ltd Huang Zhiqiang, General Manager of China Anneng Construction Group Bureau 2 Co., Ltd Li Jian, Chairman of Jiangxi Zeyuan Holding Development Co., Ltd Hu Hanyong, General Counsel of Investment Promotion Center of The Investment Association of China(IAC) Zhang Zhiyue and some other leaders and guests. Secretary of FPNU Party Committee Lai Hairong, President Liao Shenji, key personnel from relevant functional departments, schools, and Center of Japanese Studies as well as representatives of teachers participated in the signing ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Vice President Chen Zhiyong.
On behalf of FPNU, Secretary Lai Hairong extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the leaders and guests. He said that the school-enterprise signing was a specific action for FPNU to study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on financial work, and it was a pragmatic measure to implement the spirit of the 11th Provincial Party Congress and the higher authorities' efforts to accelerate digital development. It is of far-reaching significance for strengthening the construction of relevant professional practice training bases in FPNU and improving the quality of application-oriented and technical-skilled talent training. FPNU will focus on the content and requirements of the Industry-University-Research(IUR) cooperation framework agreement, adhere to the in-depth integration of IUR, and actively give full play to its advantages and role in talent training, scientific research and social services, undertake the mission and responsibility of colleges and universities in digital finance, rural revitalization and social welfare, and make positive contributions to the construction of "Digital Fujian", new Fujian in the new era and Fuzhou as a modern international city.
Entrusted by Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huafu Securities Co., Ltd Huang Jinlin, Chief Executive of Huafu Securities Huang Deliang, General Secretary of Xingyin Philanthropic Foundation Zhou Ji and President of FPNU Liao Shenji jointly signed the school-enterprise IUR cooperation framework agreement. According to the agreement, Huafu Securities will donate no more than 1 million yuan per year to FPNU through Xingyin Philanthropic Foundation for three consecutive years to support school-enterprise cooperation.
At the signing ceremony, Chief Executive Huang Deliang and President Liao Shenji unveiled the "Digital Transformation Laboratory" jointly built by the two sides.
President Liao Shenji awarded five part-time lecturers from Huafu Securities Co., Ltd the appointment letter of double-qualified teachers in the professional direction of finance and big data.
Chief Executive Huang Deliang made a speech. He said that FPNU is the first signing University of Huafu Securities Co., Ltd in Fujian Province. The signing has built a great platform for the company to accelerate the digital transformation in the future, and for the school’s transformation of scientific research achievements and the improvement of talent training. He hoped that the two sides would cooperate sincerely, comprehensively promote the co-construction of digital transformation laboratory, the customization of digital financial talents, and the implementation of school-enterprise scientific research cooperation with Japanese studies as the main object, actively integrate and serve the strategy of strengthening Provincial Capital, and try best to become a model of IUR cooperation in our province, so as to promote the economic development of Fujian Province and make new contributions to building a modernized economic system.
After the signing ceremony, with the accompany of President Liao Shenji, Deputy Mayor Lin Changyuan and other guests visited the campus and FPNU’s history exhibition hall. Deputy mayor Lin Changyuan went deep into the 45 years history and achievements of FPNU, and reviewed the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important congratulatory letter to celebrate the 25th anniversary of FPNU during his work in Fujian province. Mayor Lin appreciated the spiritual and cultural wealth accumulated in the process of school running, affirmed FPNU's orientation of training vocational education teachers and technical and skilled talents, looked forward to FPNU's future development plan and the construction of the new campus, and encouraged FPNU to seize the opportunities of national development strategy, give full play to the advantages of Fuqing and Japan's long history of cultural exchanges and the large number of overseas Chinese in Japan, further strengthen foreign exchanges, deepen the cooperation among industry, university and research, help the construction of New Fuzhou, and make contributions to serve the overall diplomacy of the central government.
On the same day, part-time lecturers from Huafu Securities Co., Ltd and representatives of teachers and students from relevant schools of FPNU carried out an exchange with the theme of "Digital Financial Talent Training". (Center of Japanese Studies)
