He reviewed and summarized the university’s talent work in the past three years, analyzed the current opportunities and challenges faced by the university regarding its talent work, and made arrangements for the university’s talent team construction in the next stage.
During the one-day meeting, the Director of Personnel Office made interpretations of the Measures for the Introduction of High-level Talents, the Measures for Incentives for In-service Faculty and Staff to Study for a Doctorate, and the Measures for the Evaluation of the Full-time Teachers in Professional and Technical Positions during Employment (Trial), etc. The heads of the School of Materials and Environmental Engineering and the School of Culture, Media and Law shared their experience in talent-related work. With a high sense of responsibility and dedication, all the participants had extensive and heated discussions on the meeting-related materials and the improvement of the university’s talent work, and put forward their opinions and suggestions.
