In order to strengthen the interaction with Indonesia's cooperating schools, further implement the goal of making Indonesia one of the most important target countries for foreign exchanges and cooperation, and continuously improve the internationalization of education standards of FPNU and the ability to serve the construction of "Two Countries, Twin Parks" project between China and Indonesia, Lai Hairong, Secretary of FPNU Party Committee, was invited to lead a delegation to Indonesia from November 7 - 11 to visit cooperating universities including Bogor Agricultural University (BAU), Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia (UAI), and Jakarta Nanyang School. The delegation also visited Mr Rokhmin Dahuri, the former minister of Indonesia Department of Maritime and Fisheries Affairs, and went to the IPMI International Business School.

   This was the first visit of FPNU after the establishment of cooperation with relevant universities in Indonesia. During the visit to the cooperating universities, Secretary Lai Hairong and his delegation received warm welcome from the partners. They had in-depth exchanges on personnel training, research platform cooperation, overseas vocational education and training, faculty construction, Chinese language education and cultural exchanges, and exchanged views on serving the construction of "Two Countries, Twin Parks" project and promoting educational and cultural exchanges between two countries.

Major administrators of the Party and Administration Office, the United Front Work Department, the Office of International Exchange & Cooperation, School of Food and Bioengineering, and School of Foreign Languages accompanied the visit.
