      On June 15, the inauguration ceremony of Fujian Sanming Agricultural School Affiliated to FPNU, the signing ceremony of the industry-education integration training base of Fujian Vocational Education Teacher Training Center and the academic forum of Fujian Vocational Education Teacher Development Alliance Internship Training Committee were held in Fujian Sanming Agricultural School. President Liao, Vice President Chen, and the above mentioned attendees presented at the signing and unveiling ceremony. The activity was conducted both online and offline, with representatives of vocational education research experts, representatives of member units of the Fujian Vocational Education Teacher Development Alliance and representatives of enterprises participating in the relevant activities. The entire activity was live-streamed, attracting more than 120,000 online viewers.

        At the ceremony, Minister Chen Lieping, on behalf of the Sanming Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, expressed warm congratulations on the unveiling of the Fujian Sanming Agricultural School affiliated to FPNU and the cooperation between the two schools. He pointed out that the deepening of Sanming's education reform is an important task given to Sanming by the Eleventh Party Congress of Fujian Province. The Sanming Municipal Government attaches great importance to this. The cooperation between the two schools will certainly play a significant role in promoting the construction of a modern vocational education system in Sanming, which is "supported by the government, led by institutions and participated by enterprises". He hoped that the two schools would earnestly implement the important requirement of "not seeking for the biggest, but the best, and adapting to the needs of society" put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, thoroughly study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on vocational education and the spirit of the National Vocational Education Conference, implement the newly revised Vocational Education Law, give full play to their respective resources advantages and schooling characteristics, cooperate with each other for mutual benefit, and achieve a win-win situation and common development.

He said that as the only university in Fujian Province that cultivates vocational education teachers, FPNU is vigorously promoting the construction of Provincial Vocational Education Teacher Training Center, Fujian Vocational Education Teacher Development Alliance, affiliated schools, base schools and cooperative schools, and striving to promote the formation of vocational education development system with resource sharing in talent cultivation, teacher training, base building, scientific research promotion and career promotion, so as to help the high-quality development of vocational education in Fujian. He stressed that the school will take this as an opportunity to give full play to the advantages of disciplines, talents, platforms and other resources, guide and support the affiliated school to accelerate high-quality development, form a cooperation and co-construction mechanism in the areas of teacher development, professional construction, teaching work, resource sharing, industry-education integration and talent training, and strive to create an innovative, exemplary and leading model of vocational education development.

        Headmaster Luo Shiqin introduced the basic situation of Fujian Sanming Agricultural School. He said that, with the strong guidance and help of FPNU, the affiliated school will deepen its exploration and practice around "education quality, scientific research, law-based governance, and school cooperation ", implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education, improve the quality of talent training, deepen the integration of school-enterprise cooperation, highlight the effectiveness of vocational education, adhere to the characteristics of "serving the agriculture, rural areas and farmers", and continue to help rural revitalization. New ways of vocational education development will be actively explored to better serve the regional economic and social development.

         President Liao Shenji presented the appointment letter of Visiting Professor to Headmaster Luo Shiqin. On behalf of both sides, Chen Zhiyong and Luo Shiqin signed the affiliation agreement.

        On behalf of the Provincial Vocational Education and Teacher Training Center, Vice President Chen Zhiyong signed the cooperation agreement on the integration of industry and education with three enterprises, including SINOTRUK Fujian Haixi Truck Co., Ltd, Sanming Investment Development Group Co., Ltd and Sanming Shaxian District Snack Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd.

         The academic forum of the Fujian Vocational Education Teacher Development Alliance Internship and Practical Training Committee was held. Five senior experts made presentations on Deepening Understanding, Standardizing Management and Further Improving the Quality of Vocational School Students' Internship, The Future Vision of Industry-Education Integration from the Newly Revised Vocational Education Law, A Practical Exploration of the Integration of Industry and Education to Help Transform and Upgrade Shaxian Snacks, Keeping in Touch with the Provincial and Municipal Professional Layout and Improving the Quality of Secondary School Internship and Practical Training, and The Construction and Implementation of the "Five-stage Progressive" Practical Training Teaching System". The participants exchanged experiences and had in-depth discussion about exploring the modern apprenticeship training mode, the construction of industry-education integrated training base and the reform of internship and practical training courses.
