On August 2, the inauguration ceremony of Zhangzhou High and New Vocational Technical School Affiliated to FPNU was held in Zhangzhou. Our president and relevant leaders in charge presented at the ceremony.

Deputy Mayor Yu Xianghong and President Liao Shenji inaugurated the affiliated Zhangzhou High and New Vocational Technical School.

Secretary Huang Jianghui presided over the ceremony.

President Liao Shenji said in his speech that FPNU is the only undergraduate university in Fujian province that aims to train teachers for vocational education.

Principal Zhao Weichuan introduced the basic situation and achievements of Zhangzhou High and New Vocational Technical School, and pointed out that the discipline, talents, platforms and other advantageous resources of FPNU will inject strong momentum for the school to build itself into a renowned high level secondary vocational school. Under the guidance of FPNU, Zhangzhou High and New Vocational Technical School will train more high-quality technical and skilled personnel and develop vocational education that the people are satisfied with.

Witnessed by the honorable participants and guests, Vice President Chen Zhiyong and Principal Zhao Weichuan signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides.

President Liao Shenji presented the appointment letter of visiting professor of Fujian Polytechnic Normal University to Principal Zhao Weichuan.

After the inauguration ceremony, the signing ceremony of the industry-education integration training base of Fujian Vocational Education Teacher Training Center was held.
