On April 21st, a team from FPNU’s School of Food and Biological Engineering, led by FPNU Vice President Jiang Xingshan, conducted an on-site corporate research for student employment at Fujian Yuweixiang Frozen Food Co., Ltd., Saneheld (Fuqing) Food Co., Ltd., Fujian Yuguan Food Co., Ltd. and other corporations. The corporation representatives warmly welcomed the team.

During the visit, the FPNU team led by Mr. Jiang learned about the corporations’ talent demandsand their feedback on college talent training. The team also gathered their suggestions on college major setting, talent training mode, practical training design, etc.

The FPNU team and the corporations had a meeting to exchange ideas. At the meeting, Mr. Jiang thanked the corporations for supporting the development of FPNU and employment of graduates. He invited corporation representatives to offer suggestions on talent training and come to FPNU for employment instruction and talent recruitment. Taking the corporate research and the studies on Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics as an opportunity, Mr. Jiang endeavored to promote the cooperation between FPNU and enterprises for more internships, employment opportunities, and better talent training outcomes.

Representatives from these corporations applauded FPNU’s talent cultivation work. They presented the company’s background, future development, talents requirements, and gave valuable input on school talent cultivation, student internship and employment.
