In order to fully display the school-running philosophy and ideas of FPNU, and to create an open, harmonious and civilized campus atmosphere, recently, FPNU has updated and added more campus road flags. Using flags as the carrier, the multilingual public signs are adopted for the first time.
The contents of the new road flags include the school motto, school-running philosophy, and goals of FPNU. Specialized contents like welcoming the 14th Fujian Career Planning Competition for College Students are also shown on those new road flags, which are distributed on Changtan Road and Zixing Road in Wumashan Campus, and also Zixing Road in Shizhushan Campus.
As the attentive may have noticed, the road flags are also marked with welcome signs in English, Japanese, and Indonesian. Yes, that's right, “Selamat Datang di FPNU” is a sentence in Indonesian. Is FPNU the first university in China to use public signs in Indonesian?
The unique road flags with various languages are not only eye-catching but also imperceptibly influencing students in FPNU. In the near future, various forms of multilingual public signs will be introduced as a accompany in our campus life. Let's look forward to it!
