On November 18th, the results of 2021 RoboCom Robot Developers Competition-Artificial Intelligence Programming Design Track National Finals, hosted by the Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the RoboCom International Open Championships Organizing Committee, were announced.
Students from the School of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, FPNU, won the third prize of the National Competition of the track, and the second and third prize of East China Competition Division. Among them, Feng Bojun, a senior student majoring in Computer Science and Technology, won the third prize in the National Competition and the second prize in the East China Competition Division; Lin Weihong, a sophomore majoring in Computer Science and Technology, won the third prize in the East China Competition Division. Their project instructors are Lin Changhang and Guo Yongning.
The RoboCom Robot Developer Competition is one of the selected projects of the “National College Student Competition Rankings” by China Association of Higher Education. The artificial intelligence programming and design is a new track of competition kicked off for the first time this year, attracting more than 1,200 students from over 100 universities. This competition will help to comprehensively improve the programming ability of college students and further promote the level of robot application and development in our country.
